Early Christian literary genres, especially homilies, letters, hagiographies, and ecclesiastical histories; post-Chalcedonian christology; mariology; text editions.

Publications

Recent publications include works on Maximus Confessor, Severus of Antioch, Theodoret of Cyrrhus, Sophronius of Jerusalem, and martyr homilies.
